Move-in/Move-out days and "still" days are charged at 50% of show day building rates. Utility fees (electric and natural gas) to be paid by lessee based on actual meter reading. Rates for special electrical service are available upon request.
All events charging admission are subject to percentage of gross ticket sales.
Traffic/parking control personnel, when necessary, will be charged to lessee.
Public liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 combined single limit is required with all facility/grounds rentals. Coverage must include move-in, show and move-out periods as outlined in the contract.
ADDITIONAL BARN CHARGES
Horse/tack stall fee - $25 (1-4 days), $35 (5-9 days), $50 (9+ days)
Portable Stalls: $20 set up plus $30 (1-4 days), $30 (5-9 days), $40 (9+ days)
Pen set-up: Labor & equipment costs (plus final cleanup fee) $3 per pen
Cattle: Final cleanup $3 per head
Show Ring Dirt Work (each time): $50 per ring
Light Dirt Work: $15 per ring
MISCELLANEOUS SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
Telephone Service:
Touchtone line (existing location) $125 per show

Folding metal: $.75 delivered or $1 delivered and set up (per chair)
Padded (banquet set up only): $1.25 delivered or $1.50 delivered and set up (per chair)
Tables: (upon availability) 8' banquet or 5' rounds

Staging: 12" & 32" high - $.50 per square foot
Ticket Booth: (portable) $100 each
Portable Public Address System: $75 per day
Announcer's Stand: $50 per show
Roping Chute with Standard Configuration: $300 per show
Loading Chute: $50 per show
Barn/Building Paging System: $75 per show per location
Spotlights: (Arena Events Only) $125 per performance
Electrician: (estimates upon request) $65 per hr.
Forklift: $35 per hour (one hour minimum)
All rates are subject to change, where special or unique services are requested.
Additional service and equipment rates are available upon request.
State Fair Park rules and regulations require all on-grounds feed and bedding purchases be made through State Fair Feed & Bedding Division, which is located in the front of Barn #4.
